Hi yall - I'm 25F moving to Seattle for an internship over the summer. The internship is in the downtown area, but I'm trying to find a neighborhood that has a combination of being safe enough for a gal on her own but also has easy access to the downtown area.

I was planning on bringing my car since I hope to go on some hikes (I'm from Colorado hehe), but finding a studio with parking and laundry AND in a safe part of town?!

I would LOVE some insight on the areas that would provide for my needs :')
