I have a pair of fasttrack switch remotes that came in an ebay haul but i have no idea what a modest resell value is (I’m a tubular track fella). Any help appreciated!

Some 3 rail therapy in Cleveland on this cold spring day. I just completed replacing my original K-line and Lionel buttons/switches for mini buttons and toggles
From Amazon. I 3D printed a board with labels on it for wiring them in. Def a space saver for my little layout.
