tenants gave N9 ending tenancy May 10. One tenant’s wife (not on lease) lived there briefly (by 2 months) but they separated(domestic violence). If unit is vacated and keys returned, can she later come back or same day of end of tenancy claiming spouse tenancy rights? Does N14 apply?
