New Mexican restaurant opened downtown - Rica Cocina (Spoiler: It's very good)

PSA: There's a brand new Mexican restaurant downtown, Rica Cocina. They just opened a few days ago. It's on Columbia (where Chicory used to be, RIP)

Honestly, I'm impressed! Really really good food - good depth of flavor, generous portions without being over the top, housemade salsas (excellent) in a self-serve salsa bar, free chips and bean dip, and just really good food in general.

I haven't tried enough of the menu to say whether this is one of the "best" Mexican restaurants in town, but I will confidently say that it's a contender and I'll be back to verify.

Give them a try - it was quiet today, I don't think many people know they're opened yet.
