What’s your current system for keeping track of Google Ads conversions when platform data doesn’t match actual sales?

I’m trying to get better at how I track what’s going on with my Google Ads campaigns day to day, but it’s starting to feel a bit all over the place.

Right now, I’m checking different platforms for different things, one for ad performance, another for sales, and others for attribution or reporting. It works, but it’s not very efficient, and I sometimes feel like I’m missing the bigger picture when I’m trying to make decisions.

I’ve used Google Ads + GA4 for a while, which is helpful, but it also takes time to maintain consistently and I still end up with mismatched numbers. I also briefly tried wetracked to see if having things in one place would make it easier to understand what was actually happening, but I’m still undecided on what system makes the most sense long term.

For those managing Google Ads, what are you currently using to stay organized and actually trust the numbers you’re looking at?

Scaling breaks ads

I notice that my ads perform great until i scale them like $50/day it's profitable but when I scale to $200/day the ROAS drops hard.

I used to think maybe it was just the content, so I started find reference on yt, tiktok, virlo, ig, even pinterest to find better hooks and angles that match my audience. Helped a bit on the content side, but the drop still happened when scaling.

Then I started looking into tracking, using Stape before, but it didn’t really fix the inconsistency for me. now i tried using wetracked, and so far it integrates with a lot of apps rather than stape and the result it was delivered 20% better ad performance in 2 months, with visible attribution improvements in just 2 weeks. I setup only 15 minutes and now our Google Ads agency uses it for all clients.

So now i always prioritzing this both side the creative and tracking. if anyone else here had the same issue where scaling exposed tracking problems?
