hi all. i’m a 1:1 for a student who screams bloody murder all through out the day. it’s been especially bad recently. i come home with awful headaches that cause nausea. i’ve been taking so much ibuprofen/tylenol to try and help with the pain but it barely helps. I was searching this sub reddit for a possible solution, and many recommended loop earplugs. I am going to bring that up to my employer, but was wondering if i need a doctors note or something for an accommodation. or if earplugs even count as an accommodation - i am not sure. all i know is it is earplugs or i quit. i am at my breaking point honestly. thanks for your help
