I’m completing my residence rankings for dorm placements, and I was wondering what the comparison between Vic and chestnut looks like specifically for a cs student? I don’t mind walking (I’ve heard that they are both pretty far from classes), and from what I’ve seen, the rooms in Chestnut seem bigger/nicer with double beds and private washrooms. My main concern is the social aspect, because in hoping to meet a ton of new people and hopefully be close to some people I have classes with, and I’m not sure which dorm is better suited for that? If you’ve lived at either please lmk how your experience was, especially if you were in cs!
