Hey all, I've only been with Kroger for about 6 months and this dress code is KILLING ME. I really would rather wear skirts than jeans in the summer since we can't wear shorts. Would that be allowed? And is there an easy way to find the official dress code? I don't think my boss would care as I'm nightshift and he's chill, never really cared when I customize my jeans (embroidery details, no cuts/tears)

Idc about looks or anything as I'm an openly queer man in rural Ohio, so that's not a problem. But anyway, can men wear skirts? Is there a place to find the official dress code? If it is out of dresscode would I be written up?
