Union Market: O-Ku tax fraud or extra fees not unexplained?
Confused why the tax is more than 10% for a DC restaurant?
The service fee was removed upon request, it was a line of $5, but the bill tax remained around 17.5%.
Manager did not know and couldn't change it. General manager was too busy cooking. We left the place sketched out from all the question dodging.
