Just found out from my town that they don't allow these! Anyone ever run into this and any other suggestions?

Anyone have any sub leases for rent for young professional within coming month?

Can anyone recommend where you look in State College, PA for NON STUDENT housing? Single young man moving to work there...cannot find an apt that doesn't rent PER BED! What is up with that. I get it's a college town but would like to find a per month rate like normal apartment....any suggestions?
