Mini Moon Backup Plan!

We booked our late October (26-30) mini-moon to Grand Cayman staying at Palm Heights, flying from NYC. The direct flights that existed (I triple-checked!!!) for our dates when we booked have now disappeared. With only 4 nights and wanting the easiest possible travel directly after our wedding, I'm not willing to do a layover. Therefore - help me pick a backup plan if the direct flights from NYC (JFK preferred but any local airport) to Grand Cayman don't come back! Want to spend ~$1000/night, our total inclusive of everything at Palm Heights came right to $4K. Our honeymoon in February is FAT over Chubby so not trying to do anything too ridiculous here.

-Four Seasons Anguilla. Boat transfer doesn't bother us (we've done it before) but noted that it's still a bit of a journey once we land in SXM. It's ~$4,340 all in for an ocean view king

-Rosewood Mayakoba. It's ~$4200 for a lagoon studio suite king

-Auberge Etereo Riviera Maya. It's ~$4500 for an ocean studio.

Want to prioritize service, beautiful grounds/beach, and good food/beverage program. We will likely not go off property or do too many activities - this is our time to post-wedding rot.

Additionally, is anything worth considering in Aruba? It's outside the hurricane belt which is obviously a positive at that time of year. I've been, my fiancé hasn't. I'm happy to go back (loved the water there) but didn't feel too high end when I went!

Thank you :)
