Is this a varicose vein? 20f almost 21
It looks very faint in picture but irl it’s more blue and slightly bulges, I’m really worried about it. I just decided i was gonna start wearing shorts after never wearing them for genuinely my whole life and this pops up. A day before it popped up I kicked something rly hard so I’m wondering if it could just be phlebitis or if it rly is the start of a varicose vein. It spreads all throughout the front of my calf, only 2 small parts bulge the parts visible in the picture.
I’ve also been trying to take care of myself better, im a healthy weight and ive started walking a lot more, 20k steps a day. I feel like no matter what I do theres always something that pops up.
I feel pressure as I walk in that calf but idk if im just imagining it bc I do have ocd and can convince myself im feeling things im not, im pretty sure its real though. My next doctor appointment is in June, is it just gonna get worse until then? I’ve been putting my legs up on the wall for 15 min a day since it popped up and I’m trying to find compression socks rn.
