Received an L4/IC3 SWE offer for full stack, 7 YOE (interviewed for L5/IC4, got downleveled). Costa Mesa.

180k Base, 165k RSU (~40k/yr), 25k Sign On

Does this seem accurate, especially for equity? Looking online, I see others receiving initial grants in the 400k range (~100k/year).

Can't help but think I'm getting shafted, but also want to escape my current position (TC 170k).
