Here's what the comp looks like:

$2,000/month base — guaranteed, not tied to hours. 5% commission on everything you close, no cap. Quarterly bonuses, holiday bonuses and we run internal contests where you can win anywhere from $250 to $1,000. Our strong reps are clearing $4,000+ a month and they're not even working full time.
