I will be traveling to thessaloniki and i am vegan so i wanted to try some traditional food. Do you know where can I find Vegan Gyros, Bougatsa, Baklava, Galaktoboureko, Spanakopita and loukmades.

And i am also open to any advice for food that i can buy from super market or any other food/drinks that i should try.
