There was an attempted theft of my MDX in Montreal last week.
Someone tried to steal my MDX from the street last week. He tried to break the side window but couldn’t. He then shattered the moon roof and broke the fabric cassette. Tried to start the car but the police arrived in time because a neighbour saw the whole thing and called them.
In the end, they caught him. A 15 year old that was detained and then let go because he was a juvenile.
The laws in this country are a joke. I hope the SOB gets what he deserves.
I’m stuck with dealing with insurance. The dealership quoted $10K. HOPING they fix it in a couple of weeks.
If you have an MDX, secure it and make sure it’s in a garage. There’s a wave of thefts going on.
