Breakfast- overnight oats with cinnamon apples. Usually paired with a protein shake and more fruit
Three lunch/dinner options: Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy and veggies, chicken and quinoa with butternut squash and broccoli, and chicken orzo with mushrooms and spinach.
I also keep plenty of protein shakes, cheese sticks, fruit, and snacks like roasted edamame, individual chip bags, and sweet treats on hand to round out the week
For him-snack bags of pepperoni and cheese, grapes, and peeled oranges along with homemade hamburger helper and a tray of baked ziti (not pictured, plenty of yogurt and veggies).

How does everyone handle dinner on the day of a huge prep? By the time I’m done cooking all the prep, the last thing I want is to make anything else and I’m usually so sick of seeing/smelling what I prepped that I don’t want it that night either
I made three of three different meals with totally different flavors and calorie count so every day I can find something to match what I need/want. 3x beef bolognese pasta with zucchini, 3x beef teriyaki stir fry with udon noodles, and 3x creamy chicken pasta with broccoli. All delicious!
I freeze one of each immediately for later on in the week because I get funny about leftovers after a few days in the fridge
