Hi everyone, I asked the I Ching: "What am I not seeing about my business situation and how can I sync with growth opportunities?"

I received Hexagram 23 with changing lines 3 and 4, leading to Hexagram 56.

Context: My business is currently in a very toxic shared space. There are constant conflicts, lack of unity, and one specific person who is openly hostile towards me (even performing "bad luck" rituals like throwing dirty water). I suspect personal betrayals as well.

To me, Hex 23 (Splitting Apart) feels like a direct reflection of this crumbling environment. However, I’m struggling to see the "growth opportunities" or how Hex 56 (The Wanderer) applies here. Is the oracle suggesting a complete departure or a change in my internal approach?

I interpret the 25 as a call to be authentic and spontaneous, and the 1 as a powerful new beginning. However, I’m a bit unsure about the 3rd line’s warning of "unmerited loss."

I feel the 25 is asking me to be natural and not to overthink the process. However, I’m curious about how the 3rd line (unmerited loss) relates to the challenge of being authentic about who I am. I’d appreciate your insights on this transition toward Hexagram 1. Thank you.
