Hi! I’m 18F, 5’4”, and around 70 kg.
Before the pandemic, I had my ideal body without really trying, but over the past few years I’ve gained weight and now I’d describe myself as chubby. I know I’m not overweight, but I’m honestly not comfortable with how I look right now and I want to change that.
My waist is around 32–34 inches, and my main problem areas are my arms and bra fat. I feel like that’s where most of the stubborn fat is.
I live in a rural area, so I don’t have access to a gym. I’m really looking for realistic advice—things I can actually do at home in terms of workouts, eating habits, or anything that helped you.
