Tenable Account Managers?

As a Tenable Vulnerability customer shouldn't you have an account manager assigned and meet on some regular cadence to discuss issues with the service and upcoming feature releases? Been a customer almost 2 years and I've never had one. This is the only 3rd party product we use where we don't have a rep assigned.

We've been dinged on internal p tests for a few years now. Trying to minimize unnecessary workstation to workstation access especially when it's completely unnecessary. Unfortunately no luxury of vlan's at this point. When bringing up my suggestion to tighten down our Win firewall rules I received a response from our security lead after i said this will help if someone gets into our network. The security leads response was "well if that happens we have bigger things to worry about. " Would be interested in an impartial party's thoughts.

Switched from Windows to Ubuntu as of late. Setup this machine this week. Something I noticed and is driving me nuts. I have fresh Firefox browser open. 2 tabs, youtube and reddit. When I move the mouse around on any monitors desktop it works perfectly. No CPU usage. When I come into the Firefox Reddit tab the mouse moves around perfectly as well. CPU does jump to 10-11% while moving the mouse around but no stuttering. Not sure why moving a mouse around would cause any CPU increase but oh well. Now when I move the mouse around on the YouTube tab the CPU jumps to 13-20%, but the stuttering is maddening. I have tried disabling hardware acceleration even though it doesn't make sense to me (because of conflicts a google search states). I am running Firefox 150.0. Ubuntu 26.0.4 with Wayland obviously. Fully patched on recommended Nvidia driver for 1080TI. Anyone seen this?
