I’ve been researching rice cookers after my old one died, and I kept seeing people mention Zojirushi models.

I ended up digging into the NW-JEC10BA (pressure IH), and honestly it seems like overkill for most people — but really interesting if you care about rice texture.

From what I found:

• Pressure IH actually changes texture quite a bit
• Way more expensive than Micom models
• Probably only worth it if you eat rice daily
