It showed me what a great bargain the Huawei Watch Fit 3 actually is.

They are basically the same watch with the Fit 4 Pro having few upgrades from the 3.

The ECG is mostly a gimmick. Same with body temperature. Arterial stiffness test can be helpful to follow trends.

What I like about the upgrade is:

- The watch gets its GPS connection faster when you start an outdoor activity.

- Tap on screen to wake.

- HRV is nice to have

Other than that they are basically the same watch.
