I am planning to move to Nashville soon amd will be working at Vanderbilt. I saw The Presley Apartments (281, Cumberland bend) and I'm getting a good deal for the unit i like.
Has anyone lived there or is living there currently? Would love some reviews as I am moving from out of state and will need to apply without touring the place.

I am moving from Texas to Nashville to join Vanderbilt as a Senior Research Assistant and am looking for apartments that wont break the bank. I am looking for anything between $900-1100/ month. I am okay to share a 2b2b with a flatmate if that budget is unreal for a 1b1b.
Can anyone suggest what areas should I be looking at? I will have long days at work and absolutely do not want more than 10 minutes of commute one way. Thank you!
