I got the new 2.4g controller and the dongle light goes solid when the controller is on, so I’m pretty sure it’s paired. But none of the button presses work when plugged into controller 1 port on my analogue 3d.

Could I have to install a controller firmware update to get this working? I have been avoiding the 8bitdo firmware updater software because it is so painful to use and I already had to do my taxes today.
