what actually helped you push through mental blocks with home workouts

been training at home for a while now and the hardest part honestly isn't the physical side, it's those days where you just can't get started. like the equipment is right there and I'm still finding excuses. a few things have actually moved the needle for me. keeping sessions shorter so they feel less daunting, locking in a specific time rather than "I'll do it later", and being more intentional, about the space itself, having a dedicated zone rather than just clearing a patch of floor seems to make a real difference for consistency. I've also been experimenting more with breathwork and nervous system regulation before sessions on low-motivation days, less about, hype and more about actually getting the body out of a stress state before asking it to perform. the all-or-nothing thinking after a missed day is probably what kills consistency more than anything else for me. one missed session doesn't erase the week, but it's easy to let it spiral. what's actually worked for you? curious whether it's more of an environment design thing, a mindset reframe, wearables or AI coaching keeping you accountable, or something else entirely. feels like there's no universal answer here but some patterns probably show up more than others.
