I'm new to journaling RPGs and am looking for an alternative to a traditional diary. I'm currently playing “English Eerie.” To those of you who use an app or program for journaling:

1. Which one do you use?

2. Why? What makes it better than other alternatives you’ve tried?

3. I’d love to see a screenshot of your current campaign using this program.

I’ve read a lot about Obsidian, but when I open the program, I feel completely overwhelmed.

I used to use Ommwriter or Zenwriter for my notes and thoughts. I’m just not sure if there isn’t something better out there.

Are Day One, Apple Notes, or Apple’s Journal any good?
