I want to share a recent experience... not to shame anyone, but to set a very clear boundary for the future.

A few days ago, I was approached by an individual (currently based in the US) for an astrological consultation. Like I do for many, I agreed to help and even adjusted my pricing to accommodate his situation.

Payment was made. Work was initiated. Time was invested.

However, the challenge began with coordination. I clearly communicate my working hours... aligned with international clients ....yet there was repeated unavailability from his side. Despite that, I remained patient and professional.

Instead of aligning schedules, the individual chose to demand a refund abruptly. When I explained the situation, the conversation quickly turned abusive — filled with personal insults, curses, and deeply disrespectful language.

Let me say this clearly:

Astrologers are not machines.
We are not on-demand services operating at someone’s convenience 24/7.
We are professionals who invest time, energy, and years of learning into what we do.

Astrology, especially Vedic astrology, is not a “quick read”... it requires focus, calculation, and deep analysis. It is a sacred science, not a transactional shortcut.

What was most disappointing wasn’t the refund request...it was the complete lack of respect and basic human decency.

To anyone seeking guidance from me (or any professional):

• Respect time boundaries
• Communicate clearly
• Understand that quality work takes time
• And most importantly... maintain basic courtesy

I go above and beyond for people who trust me. I genuinely care about helping individuals find clarity and direction.

But I will never tolerate abuse.
