SPOILERS AHEAD

If pathfinder shuts himself off in the abbey how can the warden exists at all? I understand he comes from the future but how can he even exist? There is no bridge between the pahtfinder and warden. Another question I havbe is how nd 3500 is our predecessor if warden stop the awakening process. Maybe another veronica project? Most of the mysteries in the game can be answered in some capacity but I cant find anything abut these. Are these maybe plot holes?. Otherwise I love the story.
