


Just learned how to create HIIT workout on my Apple Watch
I learned it is possible to create some quite detailed running HIIT workouts on my series 2 Apple Watch and just did my first pyramid (see below).
You get a breakdown of each interval as well as the usual (see pics) which is useful to know and track progress.
How To
Should anyone else want to know:
- on my watch (series two/SE)
- select the three dots on the outdoor run workout
- scroll down to “create workout” and select custom
- select warmup/cooldown if you want and add a distance
- select “add” to create a work or recovery interval and choose what you want from open, distance, or time.
You can edit each interval and move them around.
- name your custom workout
- select create

400m work; 60s recovery
800m work; 70s recovery
1200m work; 80s recovery
1600m work; 90s recovery
1200m work; 80s recovery
