How do I put up proxy on my self bot tool as it uses 300+ tokens at once.

And how much residential proxy should I get?

(It only sends 1 message per user over a span of 7 days for a total of 300 messages but all tokens remain online).

Note: Rn I'm not using proxy and my tokens are getting revoked.
