5 Day PNW Couples Trip Suggestions

My boyfriend and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary by visiting the PNW for 5 days. Our trip is in a few weeks and we’re starting to research what we want to do.
We’re flying to Portland OR, planning to spend the day exploring it, then drive to Port Angeles, WA. We’re planning to spend 2 days in Olympic National Park, then one day in Victoria, BC (is it worth visiting?). Our last day/night we’ll be in Seattle, where we depart from, we have a solid 24 hours to kill there.
We’re mid to late twenties who love hiking/nature, reading/watching films, eating good food (our favorites are breakfast foos and thai/asian cuisine), good coffee, good cocktails, but not looking to go to super touristy or insanely expensive places. He’s a gamer, I’m a reader, and we both love the outdoors.
We’re from the Northeast and never get over to that side of the country so we want to make the most of it!
