Account Manager

------- JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS ----
We’re Hiring: Account Manager @ Masse (x2)

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm ET (or PT, if preferred) - You do not need to be based in the US, but we do require US hours.

Employment: Full-time Contract

Start Date: Immediate

Masse is a 40-person SEO agency that has scaled entirely through word-of-mouth, delivering our signature Content at Scale and Manufacturing Consensus campaigns to ambitious tech companies at the cutting edge of AI, robotics and telehealth.

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our client-facing team as a key relationship owner for a portfolio of Masse clients.

You'll be the primary day-to-day contact, keeping clients informed, confident, and commercially engaged while working closely with our delivery teams to ensure work lands on time and to brief.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely curious about SEO and digital performance, organised by nature, and brilliant with people. You don't need to be a technical SEO expert — but you do need to understand enough to translate strategy into clear client communication.
What You'll Do

Own a portfolio of client accounts, managing relationships, expectations, and communications day-to-day
Run regular client calls and reporting sessions, translating campaign performance into clear business narrative
Work alongside our SEO and content teams to brief, coordinate, and QA deliverables before they go to clients
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio and flag them with the Account Director
Maintain accurate records in our project management tools and ensure client timelines are tracked
Escalate risks and flag account health issues proactively — no surprises
Take the lead in onboarding new clients and getting them up to speed quickly

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of account management experience, ideally within a digital agency or SEO/content environment
Confident, clear communicator — in writing, on calls, and in person
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients without dropping the ball
Commercial awareness — you understand what clients care about and can connect delivery to outcomes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing agency where processes are still being shaped
Familiarity with SEO concepts, content marketing, or performance reporting is a strong plus

What’s On Offer

Competitive salary, benchmarked to experience
Performance-based bonus
Remote working, with unlimited PTO
Real career progression as Masse scales
A team that takes the work seriously but doesn't take itself too seriously

How to Apply

To apply, please share your LinkedIn profile and/or CV (The more the merrier).
We always appreciate a cover letter if you’d like to draw our attention to your specific fit for the role, but don’t worry about making it long and formal - We’ll read anything you send us.
Cover letters are not essential and won’t preclude your application from consideration.

Marketing Lead

------- JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS ----
Location: Fully Remote

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: 40 hours per week, self-directed. Overlap with EU/UK/US timezones

Masse is a fast-growing SEO and AEO agency, helping ambitious tech companies – from AI startups to established SaaS platforms – dominate search through our highly-effective “Content at Scale” campaigns.

To date, we’ve grown entirely through word-of-mouth and referrals – and we’ve built a sizable agency doing it – but it’s time to take our marketing presence from zero to one.

Our goal is to 3x this year, and our Marketing Lead will spearhead our efforts to turn Masse into a well-known, recognised brand amongst our tech company audience.

As Marketing Lead @ Masse, you’ll launch and orchestrate a multi-channel marketing engine designed to create a “gravity pull” – where our ideal clients see us consistently across multiple channels, develop trust in our expertise, and eventually come to work with us.

You’ll work closely with our Founder, alongside agency partners and our internal team to build and scale the channels that will take Masse from a referral-driven agency to a brand people actively seek out.

If you’re a hands-on marketer who thrives on building from scratch, gets energised by the idea of owning the entire marketing function for a fast-growing agency, and isn’t afraid to be the public face of the brand – we’d love to hear from you.
Here’s what you’ll do:

Build and manage our multi-channel outbound programme, coordinating direct mail and email campaigns with our agency partner to reach our ideal clients at scale.
Launch Masse’s inbound content engine on LinkedIn and X, growing our audience and driving conversations with the right people in the tech and marketing space.
Spearhead the creation of marketing assets including the launch of Masse’s “Manufacturing Consensus” AEO book and other thought-leadership content.
Design and build trust-building funnels – whether that’s webinars, lead magnets, events, or something we haven’t thought of yet.
Manage Masse’s Paid Ads programme in collaboration with our agency partner, ensuring we’re getting the best possible ROI.
Own and optimize our CRM strategy, making sure we’re getting maximum value from our audience and that no lead falls through the cracks.
Manage and evolve our marketing website, ensuring it reflects Masse’s brand, converts traffic, and supports our SEO efforts.

Here’s what we’re looking for

A deep understanding of SEO and AEO, combined with genuine knowledge of the tech space we operate in.
Proven experience scaling inbound interest from LinkedIn (and ideally X/Twitter) – we want to see you’ve built an audience and driven real conversations, not just posted content.
Strong CRM strategy experience – you know how to segment, nurture, and get the best out of an audience.
Experience managing a marketing website and understanding how it fits into the broader lead generation picture.
A hands-on, ownership mindset. You’re comfortable being the first marketing hire and building things from the ground up.
A conversational and engaging communication style, both in writing and in meetings.

Desirable Skills
These aren’t essential and shouldn’t put you off applying, but any of these will help your application stand out.

An existing audience or personal brand in the SEO, marketing, or tech space
Experience with video content and/or visual design experience
Real, hands-on SEO knowledge (not just theory)
Experience running webinars or live events
Comfortable speaking directly to prospects and potential clients
Comfortable being a public face of the company

What’s On Offer

Competitive salary, benchmarked to experience
Performance-based bonus tied to marketing and revenue outcomes
Remote working, with unlimited PTO
The opportunity to build Masse’s marketing function from the ground up, directly with our Founder, and learning from the ludicrously-fast-growing companies we work with
A seat at the table as Masse scales — this role will evolve with the business
The opportunity to build and shape our marketing function, directly with our Founder, and from a ground-floor position

How to Apply

To apply, please share your LinkedIn profile and/or CV (The more the merrier).
We always appreciate a cover letter if you’d like to draw our attention to your specific fit for the role, but don’t worry about making it long and formal – We’ll read anything you send us.
Cover letters are not essential and won’t preclude your application from consideration.

Director of SEO & AEO @ Masse

------- JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS ----
Location
Fully remote -  US, UK or Europe

Hours
Full-time, permanent. Monday–Friday, US ET

Start date
Immediate
The Opportunity
Masse is a 40-person SEO agency that has scaled entirely through word-of-mouth, delivering our signature Content at Scale and Manufacturing Consensus campaigns to ambitious tech companies at the cutting edge of AI, robotics and telehealth.

With an audacious 2026 growth plan and an agentic roadmap already in motion, we need a Director of SEO & AEO who can go beyond just delivering campaigns and can play the leading role in how Masse delivers SEO & AEO for our clients.

This is a genuine ownership role. You'll set strategy at the company level, lead and grow the Strategy team, own performance across the full client portfolio, and sit at the intersection of our SEO craft and our engineering work. And you’ll do it all while working with some of the fastest-growing tech companies in history.
What You'll Own

SEO & AEO Strategy: Company-level direction and client-level execution. You set the standard, from how we approach LLM-native search to how we win on classic organic SERPs. The team delivers it.
Team Leadership: Build, develop and hold a high-performance Strategy team accountable to exceptional outcomes. You hire well, raise the bar, and make the team better over time.
Portfolio Performance: Own traffic, revenue, visibility and performance metrics across every client engagement. When results plateau, novel problems arise or something breaks, you're the one who diagnoses it.
RolAgentic Tooling: Partner with Engineering to build the agentic systems and internal tooling that help us 10x the impact our team can deliver. You shape what gets built and deploy it in real-world conditions.
“Manufacturing Consensus” AEO Framework: Advance and deploy our proprietary approach to winning in AI-generated answers and LLM-native search. This is our IP and our competitive edge; you'll evolve it as the search landscape continues to shift.

Responsibilities

Set SEO and AEO strategy at the company level and own how we apply it across every client engagement
Lead the Strategy team — hiring decisions, standards, performance conversations, career development
Own strategy accountability on new and existing clients from pitch through ongoing optimisation
Be the first call when something difficult, high-visibility or genuinely novel lands on the table
Build the playbooks, processes and frameworks that let the team scale consistently without you in every room
Advance our Manufacturing Consensus AEO framework in response to new techniques and technology changes from the major answer engines
Own client relationships at a senior level — take the lead when required, back the team day-to-day
Partner with Engineering to shape our agentic systems and internal tooling that multiply team output and set Masse apart from other agencies

What We're Looking For
Essential

Deep, demonstrable SEO experience — real case studies, real wins, consistent outcomes in tech
Extensive agency leadership experience, including managing and growing a strategy or account team
Strong startup experience — you understand the world our clients live in because you've lived in it
A first-principles understanding of SEO and AEO — not just what the latest LinkedIn playbook says, but why it works and where to start when it stops

Track record of hiring, developing and holding an SEO team accountable to high standards
Senior client relationship experience with real accountability — not just reporting, but owning accounts
Confident, conversational communication style — as comfortable with senior leaders on a call as in an engineering Slack channel

Desirable (not essential)
These are not essential and should not put you off applying for our role, but possessing any of these skills will help your application stand out.

Experience at a startup known for SEO, or where SEO was a primary growth channel
Experience leading strategy at a prestigious SEO agency
CRO experience and a clear understanding of how organic traffic converts
A wider marketing background that lets you see how SEO intersects with paid, lifecycle, content and brand
Experience working closely with engineering teams on marketing tooling or automation

How to Apply
Share your LinkedIn profile and/or CV. A cover letter is welcome but not required. If you're proud of specific SEO wins, case studies or agency leadership highlights, we'd love to hear about them - the more context the better.

We read everything we receive. If there's a fit, we'll be in touch quickly.

2020 jeep SRT.

Me being a dumbass, grabbed the wrong adhesive and ended up epoxying the grand Cherokee badges.

Fast forward to this past weekend wanting to rebadge and we’ll… yeah, epoxy.

I used goo gone and 3m low voc adhesive remover. Used a plastic scraper tool and was able to make some progress. Bought a rubber wheel to use my battery drill to try to get this junk off.

Am I looking at a door repaint “lesson learned”.

Attached a photo. Any recommendations ideally from someone who has dealt with epoxy?
