So on my drive home from the dealership after taking delivery, I got the vibrations once I hit 65 MPH. I got a bad feeling about this

Between 65 and 75, I'm getting that unusual vibration in the cockpit. I can feel it in my seat, in the steering wheel, my water bottle rattles and you can see the vibration waves in the water.

I called the dealership and I'm taking it back in tomorrow morning.

I've read that there may be a tire issue, specifically with the Bridgestones that are on my car. It does kinda feel like when snow is caked up in the wheel, so I'm wondering if I have a wheel or tire issue.

I'm hoping they find out it's a bad tire and they put a new set of Michelin's on for my trouble. BUT, the pessimist in me is worried they're gonna tell me everything is fine. I won't keep the car if that's the case. I'll trade it in as soon as I get my title in the mail.

I'm worried

What have you all done about the spare tire, or more accurately, the lack thereof?

I've seen some hacks on forums where you can buy a spare tire and use some foam and make it work in the back.

Some people just put a spare in a bag and keep it in the back.

Some people do nothing and hope they never need it.

I have AAA, so I can get the car towed to a dealership if I ever blow a tire. But that has its own set of headaches.

I'm not sure what I'm gonna do about this yet.

What did you decide?
