Any tips to hold my handstand?
Looking for any tips to help me hold my handstand! I’m an ex (pretty average) gymnast, and while I’m pretty happy with the theory, I’ve never been that good at the execution!
Started strength training about 9 months ago and my handstands are better than they’ve ever been, but still can’t reliably hold one. Every 5 or so I can hold for 5-10 seconds.
No problems holding belly against the wall for 30 secs.
Is it just a case of practising? Or am I doing something my wrong?
