I’m doing life on my own and I’m really getting tired of keeping up. I just want to give up this fight just to survive

2 days in a row waiting for colonoscopy. Is rectal bleeding normal with crohns? Anyone else experience this

At this point it’s giving a huge red alarm

Edit: bright red blood on toilet bowl enough to tint all the water.
