Ecobee 4 w/ PEK: can't get outdoor AC to turn on
I have an Ecobee 4; using the PEK kit since I only have 4 wires at the thermostat.
I had my furnace replaced in the Fall, and all worked well during the heating season. Tried turning the AC on; no activity at the outdoor unit. Replaced the AC's capacitor in case that was the issue; did not fix the problem.
I'm concerned it is a wiring issue of some sort. The furnace recognizes that the Ecobee thermostat is calling for cooling, but the outdoor unit doesn't respond. Furnace fan is coming on as expected, but nada outside. Pictures of the wiring: https://postimg.cc/gallery/f0kcRYp
