What's going on with the job market right now?
I've been applying since early Feb, over 50 applications already. Still no human interview. Tapos feel ko kapag AI interview filter out agad ako huhuhuhu. 5 years ago parang ang dali pa makakuha ng work?? Kahit hindi nga ako qualified I still got the jobs I want. Anyone else on the same boat right now? :/
