I need to add in s15.
I’ve noticed a few words and events including a mock strangling that have been left out too
Should I try to add those too or just stick to the new head of claim based on facts already mentioned.? Is it harder to succeed if you tamper a lot.?
I’m about to start tracked changes.. there’s more I would like to add but have read here this is not my wit statement.
Would they be happier if I knock out a couple of claims too?

I’m sure my notes are foul but I’ve got 3 years that covers the time. Do I just dump it on them? Is it crass to send it too soon? I dread looking at it but it will tend to support my disability I think

Is there a way that I am allowed to record / transcribe whats said at a phone hearing?
Was thinking of asking R for notes after but
Impaired short term memory is making this process feel more and more impossible, is it better not to let R know how bad this is ( Dr says it’s stress) as it’s going to be hard at FH esp re cross examination which could be crucial.

Call with Judge and Rs coming up fast and I am losing my mind over what documents to send to the court prior to the hearing

I’ve read books articles posts and all say different things, it’s a complex situation with WB and discrimination claims and there’s two Rs, jurisdiction time limits disability all in dispute.

Apart from the agreed case management agenda and list of issues what do I need to supply to the court prior to the hearing?

If I send the one I’ve done to R and they ignore me how long do I wait to send it to court?

Documents to send thoughts,

Contracts of employment.
SOL ( the only thing the court mentioned)
Case Management agenda and LOI
Proof of health issues ?
List of protected disclosures?
List of matters I would like dealt with at PH

I don’t want to bombard the court.
