Just looking for general advice

This is a quilt top that my late grandmother made, probably 20+ years ago and I want to finally finish it. I’ve had it in a box for years and it’s time for her moment of glory.

Problem is that she hand quilted it and my experience is strictly machine. It’s not perfect and I’m not entirely sure how to finish it without ripping half of it apart. I’ve been told that my only real hope of finishing it is finding someone that hand quilts or take it to Amish country and asking.
