Why do so many people hate radical feminism / radical feminists?

I don't understand why. Is radical feminism not the belief that the patriarchy is the root cause of women's oppression and that the only way to be truly rid of that is through a whole dismantle of said patriarchal society? Misogyny is embedded so much into how we live that I can't think of any other way to (ideally) get rid of it entirely without an entire societal change.

I see mostly trans people / people who aren't cis saying they hate radfems, but I feel like that doesn't really make sense since gender abolition usually aligns pretty well with radical feminism. Obviously there would still be envy of physical sex but besides that there wouldn't be anything to be envious of if men and women were treated well and truly fairly. And of course people who go by neopronouns / identify as anything other than male or female would still be able to do so freely.

Isn't the goal of feminism gender equality? Did I get something wrong? Sorry if this seems close-minded or anything, that wasn't my intention with this post! 🥲

can we all collectively start crediting the artists whose art we post on this sub?

sorry i just see so many people post their f/os without proper credit to the artists (if it’s fan art) and it‘s upsetting as someone whose had their art reposted all over the internet without credit 💔 if this sub is truly against ai, please support real artists and give them the credit they deserve when you repost their work. lots of time and effort goes into art and its disheartening to have people use it without acknowledging the artist.
