I recently got a Stream microinverter and live in a state where I am trying to take advantage of the new "balcony solar" rules per recently passed legislation.

My stream is up to date with the latest firmware.

I followed the simple instructions to set up; connect pv, plug in AC power, pair to mobile. Done.

I am using harbor freight 25W x 4 kit. When connected separately to a 12v LiPO charger, I see ~21v and ~3.5-4A .

So far, no matter how much I move panels or connec to different mppts, I see the output on the app jump constantly from 0w to 20w , or more typically 0-5w. The daily graphs show ~20 watts total for each of the last three days. What?
