We have two Brightdrops, and they awesome. However, getting warranty work done on them is a nightmare because LaFontaine is the absolute worst dealership on the planet.

Three months ago I scheduled an appointment for two weeks ago. We dropped it off a day early and they haven’t even looked at the thing, yet. It is maddening.

Are there independent mechanic shop options for warranty work?
