Hello kitchen aficionados. The title speaks for itself. The mixer is Kenwood KM 316 but looks similar to the picture. My aunt who left me it probably used it just a little aka it doesn’t have a lot of miles on it.

My husband prefers to do things manually and I’ve never used a mixer, but seeing as we’re not getting younger, at some point would benefit from some help with dough. Should we keep it even though it’s big and bulky? Also, how does a mixer make your life easier/better?
