Hi everyone,

Posting here to get some perspective from people who've been through the Deloitte USI hiring process.

The timeline so far:

Applied for a Strategy Analyst role
Cleared two rounds of interviews
Penultimate round was on March 20 with a Senior Manager
Have followed up with 3 HR contacts since then - only the one who was there to facilitate my 2nd round of interview has responded and she says contact your recruiter this is out of my teams scope.
It has now been ~3 weeks with no update

I'm unsure whether this silence is normal for Deloitte USI or a soft signal. (Profile currently stuck on Review in Progress for the role)

Two things I'm trying to figure out:

Is a 3-week wait after the penultimate round within the normal range for Deloitte USI, or should I be reading this as a red flag?
What would you do at this point — follow up again, wait it out, or start treating it as a no and move on?
