Hello, wise obsidian people.

I really enjoy formatting my lists in the following manner:

• thing 1: details about the thing.
• thing 2: details about thing 2.
• thing 3: details about thing 3.

However, bolding the list headers "thing 1...", is a pain in the arse.

Do you know any way to automate this?
