Chicago Auto Repair tried to sell me $2200 worth of services I didn’t need

This is more of a PSA, especially for women who get their car worked on, I took my car to Chicago auto repair after getting my oil and brake fluid changed there last year. They were pretty straight with me so I went back, I’ve been working on cars for most of my life and my dad is a mechanic so I know my way around, but I don’t have a garage here to do my own work. Chicago auto repair said the following things;

I needed my brake fluid flushed($150): they themselves flushed it less than 8000 miles ago.

I needed new brake pads, rotors, drums and shoes($900): I replaced the entire rear assembly two years ago and the front drums and shoes as well.

New serpentine belt and tensioner ($800): the serpentine belt does need to be replaced BUT the tensioner is fine, and the tensioner costs $600.

Spark plugs($600): I know my vehicle make and model and I know that spark plug replacement at this mileage is more trouble than it’s worth.

As a girl who knows about cars it’s one of my biggest pet peeves when auto shops try to do this to people because I know they expect women especially to have no idea what’s going on

Does anyone have a bandit pacer e-bike charger I can borrow for a few hours?

I’m looking at buying a bike from a friend that doesn’t work but it has no charger. I was wondering if anyone have a charger I could borrow to check if the bike works because the chargers are impossible to find/expensive/nonreturnable and I don’t want to be stuck with a dud bike

Bandit pacer replacement charger?

I’m looking at an eBay on Facebook marketplace, but he doesn’t have a charger which is why it’s so cheap, I’m having a hard time trying to find a replacement charger and would like to try and overnight one so that I can test the bike before I buy it. I attached a photo of the port.
