Gibson Inventory Tracker / SN Lookup Site (BurstWatch)
Just wanted to share, as I'd never really formally announced the website - https://burstwatch.com.
I love Gibson, and built this site to make it easier for people to get their dream guitar(s). It is limited to just exclusive models and signature artist guitars that are only offered direct via Giibson. These often sell out rapidly, and a lot of times people just need an idea of how long might be waiting until the guitar you want comes back in stock. If that at all sounds familiar, the website is for you! (And it covers both electrics and acoustics.. sorry, no mandolins.. :) ).
It also has serial number decoding with the ability to add notes about a given SN for posterity / future owners, if you feel there's any value in that (things like where / when you bought it, etc.). Completely optional, and more of an experiment on my part, not sure anyone else will find it as interesting as I do..
I will say it's probably one of the more complete SN lookup options at present, and if you find any issues please drop me a line.
There is no monetization at all, no affiliate links, etc.. I have no financial inspired motivations or functionality at all here. There is a Google Analytics tag on the pages for me to monitor the site with, but that's it. Was just a fun project I like tinkering with.
