How would you even begin to describe the Mr. On Blast character to someone who had never seen it?
He is so odd to me because I find his vibe completely coherent and precise but impossible to pin down. He is familiar but I can't place him. what real world [or even fictional] types of guy is he based on / inspired by? hacky club comics of another era? bar mitzvah emcees? what reference points would you use to explain his whole deal?
