I’m coming from a Delinghi Dedica and upgraded to a Bambino plus.

I’ve been struggling a lot to avoid spraying and channeling and it looks like all I needed was to manually brew the coffee letting the pre infusion last for at least 10 seconds before releasing the button.

I am using a 1Zpresso J ultra and sometimes, when family comes, I use a cheap grinder from AliExpress.

Did this happen to any of you?
