So i have talked with several of my author friends. Turns out there is another reason why the website or app sometimes does not sync properly to show the latest chapters. Its a doc manager bug.

To them, whenever they try to replace a chapter, the server sync issue occurs within that given story. So authors that like to rewrite a chapter that was already released trigger this response. Hell even rewriting the name can cause this sync bug. So there are three problems hitting FF, one is a doc manager problem, second is a standard server sync issue, and three is the devs not fixing anything.

It happened now. Server sync issues have hit both website and app more frequently in duration than before. So to those in the app, dont uninstall and reinstall or clean cache. Those methods will not work, they will actually make the app more buggy.

The solution is to wait until the servers are fixed which will take a long time due to admins being preoccupied with the new FF site. If anyone is hoping for a quicker solution, then a lot of people will have to email the devs or post on their social media to get any response.

Sorry to those who are experiencing this for the first time, its a yearly, sometimes monthly issue.
